Gillies: Brand Redesign

The Goal of this case study was to redevelop the branding of a restaurant of our choice. With the redesign of the restaurant’s logo we developed a series of deliverables to further express the companies’ new brand image

Gillies is the oldest frozen custard joint in Wisconsin, a staple dessert of the state, and has always held a special place in my heart since I was a kid. I often found myself there after a T-Ball game, or as a treat coming back from the Milwaukee Zoo, and I really wanted to do this part of my childhood justice in this project
